DEVIANT PROCESS nos presenta un trabajo que es un gran candidato a álbum del año ya que estamos ante un trabajo lleno de técnica, calidad, experimentación, así que entremos ya en materia.
Para empezar la portada es interesante, un tanto futurista y cerebral, muy a corde a lo que es su música.
Después de 5 años, éstos candienses (si,mucha calidad en Canadá) nos traen un disco con una duración de 46 minutos y un total de 8 canciones de las cuales, la última es un cover de Obliveon, el cuál está muy bien ejecutado.
Nos traen un Death Metal Progresivo perfecto, espléndido y magistral. Es una carga de poder, energia, calidad y ejecución excelente.
Un detalle excelente y sobresaliente es ese punto al que han llegado entre un Death Metal salido de las cavernas más profundas de un dragon y un Progresivo notable, de calidad y con pasajes Jazz Fusion, una verdadera delicia para tus oídos.
El trabajo es una propuesta fresca, ya que no está lleno de un Progresivo aburrido o sin chiste, logran estar en un punto en el que la banda tiene esos toques de Jazz y Progresivo tan bien colocados que no se vuelve un álbum tedioso, si no todo lo contrario, la brutalidad se combina perfecto con la elegancia.
Con lo mencionado anteriormente, podemos decir que la banda ha logrado una identidad propia, en una canción te dan todos esos cambios de Death Metal muy técnico, pasando por Progresivo elegante, por Jazz hermoso, regresas al Death y te dan un último cambio que le dan un toque exquisito al álbum.
No hay más palabras y elogios que se le puedan dar a éste trabajo, solo decir que es un estupendo 10, la calificación más alta y nuestro primer álbum de 10, un trabajo excelso y candidato a trabajo del año.
Como escuche alguna vez, éste trabajo es técnico por naturaleza y Progresivo por vocación, álbum sobresaliente, poderoso, distinguido y un disco que se nota que va acorde con la evolución del género y la música extrema.
