WRATH DIVISION es una banda Polaca de Black/Death Metal que este año nos presentan su álbum debut "Barbed Wire Veins" y aquí en Tio Makabro lo comentamos.
Comenzando por la portada, es sencilla, minimalista pero plasma exactamente lo que la banda quiere expresar, brutalidad y poder, un buen trabajo para la música que se interpreta.
El álbum presenta 10 canciones que nos dan una duración de 29 minutos, muy económico y disfrutable, es el tiempo que necesitan este tipo de bandas ya que a lo largo de los tracks hay mucha velocidad y brutalidad, vienen a machacar cabezas y mostrar lo potente y a la vez oscuro que puede ser el metal Polaco.
Instrumentalmente suena muy bien, muy old school, incluso la producción recuerda a los viejos MAYHEM o la primer etapa de BEHEMOTH pero con ciertos toques Death Metal que lo hacen especial y tener una identidad propia.
No se propone nada y el sonido tan old puede parecer (para algunos) un poco cansado o sobre explotado, incluso prefieren un sonido con una producción más moderna pero para los más vieja escuela, éste trabajo les quedara como anillo al dedo y lo disfrutaran bastante.
Un álbum de 8, disfrutable y agradable si es que te agrada ese sonido tan old y el metal con producción oscura y un tanto saturada, pero que queda bastante bien con el género que se esta interpretando.
